Neurodiversity Consulting

Many employers want to support neurodivergent employees, but aren’t sure where to start. That’s where I come in.

As an autistic and ADHD professional, therapist, and trainer, I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to help organisations move beyond awareness into effective inclusion. My work focuses on practical, sustainable changes that benefit the whole workplace — not just individuals.

What I Offer

1. Training & Workshops
Interactive seminars designed to build understanding, empathy, and confidence in supporting neurodivergent colleagues.

  • Understanding neurodiversity in the workplace

  • Communication, executive function, and sensory differences

  • How to create a neuroinclusive work culture

  • Managing and supporting ND employees (for HR & Team Leads)

2. Workplace Consultation
Tailored guidance to help your organisation assess and improve its inclusivity practices. This can include:

  • Reviewing recruitment and onboarding processes

  • Identifying sensory and environmental barriers

  • Advising on reasonable adjustments and support plans

  • Designing ongoing strategies for inclusion and retention

  • Clients receive a report which encompasses all of the above specific employees requiring support (where permission given)

3. Individual Employee Support

Where needed, I work 1-to-1 with employees to help them identify challenges, develop self-management tools, and request reasonable adjustments. As a qualified ADHD coach and BACP-registered therapist, I am in a position to help employees identify and overcome their barriers to work quickly and efficiently

  • Sessions combine solution-focused and psychoeducational approaches.

  • Where eligible, Access to Work funding may cover all or part of these sessions.

Why Invest in Neuroinclusion?

  • Better retention: Supportive environments reduce staff turnover and burnout. Studies show a 30% increase in successful employment in neurodivergent employees who received such intervention.

  • Save money and time: Efficient and happy employees as well as neuro-affirming hiring practises reduce wasted timed potential money on temp cover.

  • Improved innovation: Diverse thinkers bring unique problem-solving and creativity.

  • Legal & ethical compliance: Aligns with the Equality Act (2010) and DEI goals.

  • Enhanced reputation: Demonstrates genuine commitment to inclusion.
